Please read these terms carefully before using our services or placing an order.
About Our Services
Prism Blinds provides made to measure blinds and professional fitting services across West Yorkshire. All our blinds are custom manufactured to your exact specifications.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include professional fitting unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to confirm your order. The balance is due upon completion of fitting.
Made to Measure Products - Important Notice
All our blinds are custom-built to your exact measurements and specifications.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to standard online purchases.
This means that once your order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations and returns are not accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or goods not matching their description.
Guarantee
All our blinds come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee covers:
- Defects in materials or components
- Faulty mechanisms or fittings
- Issues with installation carried out by our team
Extended warranty options are available for purchase at the time of order for additional peace of mind.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Installation
Our professional fitters will install your blinds at an agreed time. Please ensure the fitting area is clear of furniture and ornaments.
We aim to complete fitting within 2-4 weeks of order confirmation, though this may vary during busy periods.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care during installation, we are not liable for pre-existing issues with windows, walls, or surrounding areas. Any concerns should be raised before fitting begins.
